Project Description

The project includes 450 intersections in the top ten most congested areas of Metro Atlanta. Responsible installation, replacement, repairs and maintenance of non-operational or outdated signal and ITS equipment for this regional traffic operations initiative. World Fiber is responsible for repair and maintenance of traffic signals, pedestrian signals, vehicle and pedestrian detection, poles and conversions to mast arm installations from span wire installations where required. World Fiber has completed 33 task orders providing repair and maintenance to over 300 signalized intersections to date.
